Do I need to add water to your cleaning products?

No, all Seipel Marine cleaning products come ready to use in convenient spray bottles.

WHY DON'T YOUR FAT SACS COME WITH CHECK VALVES LIKE OTHERS ON THE MARKET?

We build our Fat Sacs with our customers in mind. It doesn't matter what sacs you're running in what boat... check valve systems choke the flow of water into the sac. It's by design that our sacs, combined with our Tsunami Pump, are the fastest filling ballast bags on the market. Of course you can order our Pro X Series check valve system separately, they're really easy to install. You just have to be willing to wait longer to ride...

MY QUICK CONNECT CAP IS GETTING HARDER TO PUT ON AND TAKE OFF. WHAT CAN I DO?

If the cap (W739) becomes harder to install and remove, just rub a light coat of o-ring grease on the cap. This will also help keep the o-ring in good condition.

MY TSUNAMI PUMP JUST STOPPED WORKING.

The first thing you should check is the fuse. It's located inside the tip of the cigarette lighter adapter. To remove it, you will either have to unscrew the tip from the adapter, or push the tip in and turn it to align it with the slots. Once aligned, you can pull it out to gain access to the fuse.

Can I use the UV interior protectant on vinyl?

Yes it can be used on any interior surfaces.

How often should I apply my Seipel Marine cleaning products?

We recommend twice per month during boating season, and a good scrub before &
after off-season storage.

What is an EVA fender?

EVA is a special type of high density foam that is perfect use on docks because it is
soft while still being resistant to the elements. It will create long-lasting
protection for your dock and your boat.

How does a dock line hanger work?

The dock line hanger has a simple clip system that attaches it to the railing of your
pontoon. The other side of it has a simple quick cleat

Are the cleaning products safe for my gel coat?

Yes all of the cleaners are safe for gel coats on boats. Even the spot remover has a finishing
sealant solution in it to help protect the gel coat.

Are the chemicals in cleaning products safe for the environment?

Yes we made sure that all of our cleaning products are environmentally friendly.

How should I store the cleaning products?

We recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight and in an area that does not
experience extreme temperature swings.

How can I write a review for your products?

At the bottom of each product page there is a 5 star rating system that prompts you to

Return Policy

How can I return a purchase that I bought online?

Make sure you email support@seiplemarine.com or call 414-964-3668 to initiate a return and it must be within 30 days of the
purchase.

Can I return an item that has been opened or used?

If the item can be repackaged and sold as new, yes, there is a 15% re-stocking fee
applied. If the item cannot be sold as new it is not returnable.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges can be made but the product must be brand new and unopened, and the customer is responsible for freight.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Refunds are made on the same day the product is returned, but banks can take 7-14 days to process the refund.

Do I need to include the RA Number with the item(s) I am returning?

Yes, marking the RA number on the outside of the package(s) you are returning to us
is very important. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, or the
return being declined.

I purchased the wrong product. Can I exchange it for the right one?

Any product that is new and unused can be exchanged. The customer is responsible
for freight on exchanges.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Products ship within 24-48 hours, not including weekends of holidays. We are in the Midwest so depending on where you are
located, transit times will vary. Typically, anywhere from 1-5 days transit
times.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are passed through our carrier and onto the customer, we do not make any money on freight. If you order over $199.99
the freight is free.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?

If your order has not shipped yet, you can call our office at 414-964-3668. If the
order has already shipped we may or may not be able to reroute it. You can call
our office to see if we are able to reroute the package. Additional shipping
fees for the reroute are the customer responsibility.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, but we cannot handle those orders online yet. To place an international order
please know which item numbers you want, and the quantity, and call our office
at 414-964-3668.

Can I get my order sent to a P.O. Box?

No we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes.

My package was damaged when it was delivered. Who do I contact?

Please contact support@seipelmarine.com or call our office at 414-964-3668
within 7 days of receiving a damaged shipment. We will repair or replace your
product as necessary and pursue the carrier for damages.

Product Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, it is 1 year against manufacture defect.

I purchased a bumper two years ago. Is it still under warranty?

No, warranty only covers the first year from the date of purchase.

How do I know if my product is still under warranty?

If it is within 1 year from the date of purchase, the product is still under warranty
against manufacturer defects.

Purchasing

Are the cleaning products sold in different sized bottles?

For now we only sell them in the one size.

Can I buy Seipel Marine products at a store?

Yes if you click on the “Shop Local” tab at the top of our homepage it will allow you to enter your zip code and find dealers near you.

Can I buy a Seipel Marine 4 pack with 4 of the same cleaning product?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most common forms of payment. Major Credit Cards, ApplePay, ShopPay, GPay and more. please contact support@seipelmarine.com or call at (414)964-3668 to clarify payment options.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes you can call 414-964-3668 and place an order right over the phone, and an email with an order confirmation will be emailed to you
for payment.

What should I do if I can’t find what I am looking for online?

An item I would like to purchase is out of stock. What happens now?
